POS systems repair
Lexmark printer repair
Access point repair
Thin client repair
Refresh projects
Track and monitor issues, provide notes and feedback and be consistent with documentation
Understand AC / DC and backup power concepts
Manage triage, troubleshooting, and resolution to client scope on IT equipment
Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 1+ years of technical support experience
CompTIA A+ (Required)
Cash recycler repair experience is highly preferred
Net+ CompTIA certification preferred
Familiar with various operating systems (e.g., Windows OS, OSX, Linux / Unix)
Experience desired in copper and fiber cabling and various terminating connectors
Exceptional customer service skills and relationship building competence
Must be self-motivated and have the capability to complete projects ahead of schedule
Excellent time management and reporting skills
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment (Lifting, bending, climbing, walking extensively)
Will occasionally work at heights of 20' to 25', lift equipment training provided
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
