POSITION TITLE: Foreman DAS
CLASSIFICATION: Non - Exempt


POSITION OVERVIEW:

ADB Wireless is seeking a skilled DAS Foreman that safely and efficiently works in indoor and outdoor DAS environments installing coax and antennas. The Foreman performs all testing of DAS cable and equipment to ensure proper installation has been performed. This role is responsible for complete project oversight, leading and mentoring various levels of DAS Technicians along the way. ADB is willing to invest in a Senior DAS Technician that has at least 5 years of DAS installation experience and help them grow into a member of management. The ideal candidate will have extensive wireless technical experience, a strong belief in the safety and well-being of team members, as well as a strong work ethic and ALL IN attitude to achieve results.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ability to meet all roles and responsibilities of a Level III DAS Technician
  • Oversee and manage project scheduling, budget, material and assigned technicians
  • Communicate with the customer and onsite Construction Manager on a daily or weekly basis providing project updates
  • Provide daily and weekly project updates to the Wireless Leadership Team
  • Work with the Project Manager and Project Assistant to create and finalize the close out package for senior leaders
  • Meet with property owners when needed on the overall project
  • Train and develop Level I to Level III Technicians according to the Career Advancement Matrix (CAM)
  • Performs other position duties when requested

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Corporate headquarters is located at: 18777 US Highway 66 Pacific, MO 63069
  • Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, climbing, etc.
  • May be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels while onsite
  • Must endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humidity and rain through the year
  • When working on site, will be required to wear common protective of safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats, and steel toed boots.


EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • 5+ years of experience in the career field associated with a DAS Foreman
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Level I through III certifications preferred
  • OSHA30 certification preferred
  • Valid driver license with a clean driving record required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
