Agility Partners is seeking a qualified IT Risk Controls Tester to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will contribute to the development and enhancement of a proactive risk management program. You'll have the chance to work closely with technology teams and risk managers, ensuring the organization's risk processes and controls are in line with corporate guidelines. Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality completion of control testing requirements.
• Assist in risk and control self-assessments and related initiatives.
• Partner with Segment Risk Managers to build relationships with stakeholders and drive risk management improvements.
• Provide support for policy/controls, process documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Participate in the identification and analysis of risks.
• Develop, maintain, and continually enhance a proactive risk management program and related initiatives.
• Assist the risk partners/business segment in the timely remediation of issues.
• Provide support for policy/controls and process documentation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelors degree
• Strong business and technology aptitude, with an interest in technology, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with technical writing.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Technical Writing
• Technical or Cybersecurity Experience
