Seeking a Project Scheduler to serve as the technical SME for project scheduling, supporting the development, analysis, and management of complex project schedules.

Title: Project Scheduler

Location: New Albany, Ohio (Mon & Fri remote)

Duration: Initial 12 month contract

Pay: $55-60/hr w2 + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze schedules, incorporating critical path methodology, resource loading, and risk mitigation.
• Train and mentor junior schedulers in scheduling techniques, reporting, and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, site teams, and senior management to ensure project alignment.
• Administer scheduling systems, security profiles, and project management standards.
• Diagnose and resolve scheduling issues and ensure compliance with earned value management.
• Conduct schedule and cost integration, SPI/CPI analysis, and provide regular status updates.

Requirements:

• 6+ years with Primavera P6 (including current use).
• 8+ years (Bachelor's) or 10+ years (Associate's) qualified experience.
• Background in Transmission, Substation, Construction, or Engineering preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RMP) required for candidates without a qualified degree; otherwise preferred.

• Work may involve site visits, light physical duties, and awareness of hazardous conditions.
• Overtime and shift work availability required.
