Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our client's team in Columbus, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in public and municipal construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
• Manage public and municipal construction projects, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Monitor project progress, addressing any issues or delays in real-time.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met.
• Prepare and present reports on project status, costs, and timelines to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with clients, government agencies, and local authorities to meet project goals and requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Experience working on public and municipal projects is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in construction management software and tools.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
