Van Tec Marketing is one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies, and we're looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing (SMM) professional to join our team. You'll work with clients ranging from major brands like Marriott Hotels to local favorites like Bill's Donuts. As our SMM, you'll manage client social media accounts, oversee content creation, and execute campaigns that drive sales and leads. Responsibilities

• Client Onboarding: Work with Account Managers to receive client plans, conduct onboarding, and gather all necessary account information and goals.
• Account Access and Setup: Secure account logins and set up conversion tracking (e.g., Meta Pixel) on the client's website for performance analysis.
• Content Coordination: Schedule content team visits to capture high-quality photos and videos at client locations.
• Content Creation: Utilizing the content captured by the content team, create a monthly content calendar including posts, reels, image carousels, captions, hashtags, etc.
• Advertising Campaign Management: Set up converting advertisements based on the client's needs that generate leads and sales.
• Social Media Account Management: Manage, grow, and optimize social media accounts with a focus on building followers, consistent branding, and engagement.
• Community Engagement: Engage with social media users in the client's target market, including responding to comments, direct messages, and more.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor performance metrics using social media analytics tools and refine strategies for better results.
• Client Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their satisfaction with campaigns.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of managing business social media accounts with proven success in growing followers and driving sales and leads.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in setting up conversion tracking systems (e.g., Meta Pixel), setting up advertising campaigns, and leveraging platform-specific analytics.
• Skills: Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Compensation

• Base Pay: $60,000 per year
