Job Opportunity: Contract Site Supervisor with ARC Industries, Inc. in Columbus, OH

If so, join our supportive and caring team!

Location: 250 W. Dodridge St. Columbus, OH 43202 & Various Sites

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions/Job Duties:

• Plan, implement, and monitor contract work at each site to ensure satisfactory service delivery and completion.
• Ensure all quality control requirements meet specifications.
• Maintain good relationships with employers to ensure continued business.
• Screen, interview, and recommend applicants for hire; manage assignments, transfers, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide training and evaluate employee performance.
• Ensure programs are implemented according to vocational plans; assist with coordinating vocational plans and production requirements.
• Maintain a safe work environment; ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Develop and prepare records, reports, and correspondence; provide information and assistance to families, businesses, and the public.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and travel throughout Franklin County; provide transportation for employees.

Requirements for the Contract Site Supervisor:

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Two-years' experience in field of developmental disabilities and production management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• First Aid/CPR certification required (training provided).
• Valid Ohio driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and utilize professional communication.
