To pack orders into appropriate containers for shipment to customers. Principle Duties: Verify goods against order prior to packaging and clear any discrepancies. Carefully pack items in a manner to prevent breakage and/or damage, using prescribed methods. Mark and label packed cartons, shipping documents, and packing slips in the prescribed manner. Locate bin order overages and pull order shortages as necessary to complete order. Move completed packed cartons to the conveyor belt. Willingness to cross-train in other functions. Other duties as assigned. Key Metrics: Safety, quality, productivity, and accuracy. Attendance.
