• $120k - 160k + annual bonus

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
• PE license
• Roadway, transportation, etc... design experience
• AutoCAD, Civil 3D, OpenRoads, and MicroStation is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop roadway plans, specifications, and estimates.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and calculations.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Perform traffic analysis and develop traffic management plans.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Provide technical support during construction, including site visits and inspections.
• Utilize engineering software and tools for design and analysis.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff.
