Job Title: Electrical Technician II Location: 1101 Beech Road SW New Albany, OH 43054 Duration: 6 months - Temp to hire PR: $30.00 - 31.00/hr on w2 Shift Work Details - Day Shift 7am-7pm Job Summary: The Electrical Technician II will join the operations & maintenance team in New Albany, Ohio, working a rotating schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, including power supply, generators, UPS systems, and electrical distribution. The technician will support site engineering teams and ensure work is prioritized and completed on time. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair electrical systems (24V to 480V AC), including PLCs, control circuits, and variable frequency drives.
• Comfortable working near 13.8K voltage.
• Support electrical expansion projects and maintain critical infrastructure such as servers, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and assess system performance.
• Adhere to electrical codes (NFPA70e) and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders in compliance with industry standards.
• Safely follow safety guidelines, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE requirements.
• Use diagnostic tools for energy efficiency and system performance.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-4 years of experience as an electrician in a data center or industrial environment.
• Ability to work in aerial lifts at heights up to 30 feet.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Must pass background check and substance abuse test.
• Ability to obtain security access badge.
• Valid Driver's License may be required.
• Flexible with working various shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive wrist movement, extensive walking, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to differentiate wire colors and operate office equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.

• Must wear PPE (steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, etc.).
• Ability to handle stress and work with precision equipment.
• Must be willing to work overtime and flexible hours based on business needs.
