We are seeking a detail-oriented, agile, and collaborative Asset Protection Analyst to join their fast-paced Distribution Center operations team.In this role, you'll contribute to a high-volume, people-centric environment by managing sensitive background check processes, supporting alarm permit programs, and collaborating cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Asset Protection partners.Key Responsibilities:Background Check OperationsConduct 6-county background checks for Distribution Center candidates using public record sites and 3rd party background systemsReview and apply company adjudication guidelinesUpdate internal documentation and case management systemsCommunicate decisions to Talent Acquisition and external background vendorsOversee Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) checksSecurity Alarm Program SupportInvestigate false alarms from stores and delivery driversTroubleshoot alarm issues and place vendor work ordersManage alarm permit renewals/applications for new storesMaintain a permit tracking system and coordinate fine resolutionComplete vendor paperwork and documentation for internal and external processingProject SupportParticipate in broader Asset Protection projects as assigned by the Sr. ManagerCollaborate closely with the on-site Asset Protection SpecialistWhat We're Looking For:Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)Familiarity with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign, and Microsoft OfficeClear written and verbal communication skillsStrong initiative and willingness to collaborateAbility to pivot and multitask in a fast-moving environmentAssociates degree or equivalent work experience preferredWhat Will Make You Stand Out:Experience working cross-functionally across teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectivelyQuick to adapt and unafraid to ask questionsA positive, accountable, and curious attitudeAdditional Details:Work Environment: Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite in Columbus, OHTeam Size: You'll join a close-knit immediate team of two, as part of a larger AP Operations group of 12Interview Process: 1–2 rounds with the Sr. Manager and teamCandidate Profile: Open to recent grads or candidates with 2–5 years of experienceStart Timeline: ImmediateIf you're looking for a chance to contribute to one of the most beloved brands in retail and build impactful experience in asset protection and operations—this is your opportunity.
