Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift

Description:

Process orders, forms, applications and requests. Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Manage customers' accounts. Record details of actions taken. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments. Follow up on customer interactions. Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Knowledge of relevant computer applications. Ability to type. Communication skills - verbal and written. Problem analysis and problem-solving. Attention to detail and accuracy.
