* Relocation Assistance - Up to $10,000.00 to support your move. Your role as an Intervention Specialist:
* Develop and manage IEPs through the creating and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of each student with special needs working in a classroom setting.
* Monitor student progress through tracking and assessing student development, making necessary adjustments to keep them on the path to success.
* Responsible for managing challenging behaviors and implementing behavior support plans.
* Work closely with paraprofessionals, support staff, and parents to build a supportive, inclusive learning environment.
* Advocate for students ensuring compliance with educational laws and advocate for the rights and needs of students with disabilities.
* Create a positive and engaging learning space where every student feels supported and can thrive. Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in special education, education, or a related field from an accredited institution.
* Valid OH Teaching Certification in Special Education.
* Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
* Strong communication skills for effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
