Join Our Team as a Service and Maintenance Technician!

Are you a dedicated and customer-focused individual with experience in apartment maintenance? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Morgan Properties as a Service and Maintenance Technician!

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve a variety of service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure the property meets company standards and complies with applicable laws inside and outside.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and tickets.
• Communicate regularly with residents and office staff about the status of work performed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation that requires flexibility for nights and weekends.

What We Expect from You:

• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Reside within a 30-minute commute of the properties.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience or equivalent education.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
