Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Sales Manager / Assistant Branch Manager for our client in Columbus, OH. This is an incredible opportunity for someone Junior-Midlevel in their career who is ready to learn, grow, and promote!

Location: Columbus, OH (On-site)

Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | Permanent

Compensation: $80,000-$90,000+ First Year Total Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000-$55,000
• Monthly Commissions
• Average Annual Bonus: $25,000-$30,000 (paid each February)
• Car Allowance: $675/month ($8,100/year)
• Relocation Assistance: $1,500 for candidates relocating 50+ miles

What You'll Be Doing

• Support key customers (like PepsiCo and FedEx) with rental and sales solutions for trailers
• Use a consultative approach to generate new business and nurture existing accounts
• Manage customer accounts, assist with credit approvals and collections
• Track leads, update the sales CRM, and stay on top of key performance metrics
• Learn the trailer rental and leasing business from the ground up-no prior experience required

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of B2B outside sales experience
• A Bachelor's degree or higher
• Willingness to relocate for promotion once leadership program is complete
• Strong communication skills and a natural drive to succeed
• Self-motivation, a smart approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build trust with clients
