Columbus Crew is seeking a Membership Services Representative to ensure a positive overall fan experience and maintain season ticket memberships through the teams passionate members and supporters. This is achieved through face-to-face interactions, consistent proactive touchpoints, and creating unique experiences and WOW moments. The position is responsible for providing first-class service including developing strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for business growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Identify opportunities for up-sells, add-ons, and referral business from clients as well as collaborate with sales representatives to maximize revenue.
