HOW YOU'LL LEAD OUR PROJECTS TOWARD SUCCESS

This is a full-time position with opportunities for overtime.

As our Construction Foreman, you will be the driving force behind each project's success. From day one, you'll take charge-delegating tasks, mentoring your crew, and ensuring every job meets our high standards. Your mornings will start with strategic planning, making sure materials, equipment, and crew schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency. Throughout the day, you'll be on-site, overseeing operations, ensuring quality control, and problem-solving on the fly. You'll track progress, document crew hours, log materials used, and communicate with the office to keep everything running smoothly. Whether it's placing and finishing concrete, setting grades, or ensuring a seamless mobilization of equipment, this construction management role is essential to delivering top-quality results. Above all, you'll lead by example-keeping your team motivated, safe, and working at their best.

THE REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME OUR CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

• 18+ years old
• Mechanically inclined with general carpentry skills
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines
• Ability to place and finish concrete, set grades and forms, and read blueprints
• Ability to plan ahead while tracking and documenting work
• Strong leadership abilities for orchestrating a crew
• Highly dependable and hardworking with the ability to follow instructions
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
• Ability to acquire a DOT medical card

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of experience in construction, concrete finishing, asphalt paving, site grading, pavement maintenance, or related labor work
• Ability to pass the DOT physical to drive company vehicles not requiring a CDL
• Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
