Job Title: Project Manager - Time & Attendance
Location: Primarily remote; could be occasional travel required to Columbus, OH (vendor demos / selection)
Period: Aug 5 – Dec 5 (4 month contract with possibility of extension)
Hours/Week: 40 hours
Rate: $95/hour
Contract Type: 1099 only
Scope of Services:
The Project Manager - Time & Attendance will play a pivotal role in supporting the selection of a time and attendance software solution and system integrator. This position requires a blend of technical and managerial expertise, ensuring alignment with Company's / IT / HR and the Business's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the assessment of current state, defining requirements, designing system architecture, evaluating vendors, and making strategic recommendations. The role also includes developing work plans, coordinating vendor demos and evaluations, supporting vendor negotiations, and facilitating leadership alignment / steering committee discussions. This role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure project success and adherence with best practices.
