The Retail General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy retail store, including oversight of financials, inventory, storage of cannabis, team leadership, and overall store operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a professional and safe distribution process compliant with all regulations.
2. Ensure accurate inventory of stored cannabis and adequate stock for daily operations.
3. Motivate team members, resolve issues promptly, and work towards organizational goals.
4. Handle cash and debit transactions accurately, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
5. Review sales goals and KPIs regularly to enhance store performance.
6. Manage merchandise, including unpacking, sorting, and labeling, especially items requiring special handling.
7. Train and develop budtenders, shift supervisors, and assistant managers.
8. Receive and organize store and inventory supplies.
9. Provide exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
10. Perform additional duties as needed to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of retail management experience in the cannabis industry.
2. Verifiable knowledge of cannabis products and consumption methods.
3. Experience with POS and compliance tools like Dutchie and Metrc.
4. Age 21 or older.
5. Valid State-Issued ID or U.S. Passport.
6. Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally.
7. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
8. Reliable transportation.
9. No scheduling restrictions.
10. Successful background check and state badging required.

Education:

1. High School Diploma or G.E.D. required; Associate Degree preferred.
