Responsibilities include:

1. Managing daily maintenance operations for warehouse equipment and facilities
2. Leading and developing maintenance staff and supervisors
3. Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
4. Monitoring budgets, expenses, and asset utilization

Minimum qualifications:

• Associate's Degree or Technical Certification in an Industrial field with 1 year supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial, or related field OR 2 years supervisory experience in maintenance

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with compliance, refrigeration, warehouse management systems, and supervising associates
