Job Overview

As a Store Manager, you will lead your team to achieve outstanding operational results and deliver exceptional customer service. You will report to the Operations Manager and work on-site full-time in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve sales and profit goals by managing expenses, working capital, inventory, shrinkage, and increasing net contribution.
2. Maintain high customer service standards and resolve customer issues efficiently.
3. Engage and motivate staff through training, mentoring, and leadership, while resolving team issues.
4. Understand the local market, operational selling, and customer base.
5. Ensure store appearance, including exterior and interior, meets standards and displays are well-maintained.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of retail experience.
• Knowledge of paint and sundries is advantageous.
• Flexible working hours, minimum 45 hours/week, with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds daily.
• Consent to background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record checks.
