The Center Operations Director is responsible for center operations, including performance, scheduling, patient experience, and center culture (turnover/engagement). The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising staff to meet the needs of patients, physicians, clinicians, and visitors.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities

1. Patient Experience: Improve satisfaction by implementing best practices and addressing feedback.
2. Slot Utilization: Maximize appointment slots for better access and efficiency.
3. Slots Quality: Maintain a balance between availability and patient needs.
4. Availability and Accessibility: Ensure team is accessible to reduce wait times and barriers.
5. Disenrollment: Monitor and address causes to retain patients.
6. Orphan Patients: Manage patients without primary care providers for continuous care.
7. Center Culture: Promote engagement and a collaborative environment; boost staff morale.
8. Workforce Planning: Develop strategies for adequate staffing.
9. Onboarding: Oversee training and support for new staff.
10. Teammate Retention: Implement strategies to reduce turnover and encourage growth.
