Sodexo is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee food services throughout the Ohio market. This position requires 80% travel. UC Health provides world-class care through top clinicians and researchers at facilities like the University of Cincinnati Medical Center and West Chester Hospital.

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

• Seek and develop potential new business leads within an assigned geographic area.
• Visit and inspect current accounts regularly.
• Monitor cost control programs.
• Investigate areas that do not meet Sodexo standards and recommend improvement strategies to the GM.
• Initiate strategic action plans with the GM.
• Assist DM/GM in re-negotiating contract terms during renewals.
• Help develop account business plans to enhance customer service, facility layout, account profitability, retention, and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant functional experience.
