Job Description

We're looking for an Operations Director to lead multiple distribution centers, each with unique customer requirements. You'll cultivate customer relationships, becoming an extension of their business and enabling DHL Supply Chain to contribute to their success. You'll be held to high standards, reflecting our industry-leading position.

Our ideal Operations Director understands the importance of customer relationships, including the roles of General Managers, Operations Managers, and Supervisors in growth. This position is a key link between distribution centers and senior leadership, responsible for the success and growth of the group.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• MBA or equivalent (preferred)
• 7+ years in supply chain
• 3+ years in strategy development, operations management, or organization design
• Experience as a management consultant or strategic role in supply chain (preferred)
