Position Summary: Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and measuring all operations within a client-operated warehouse. Develop, implement, and measure standard operating processes. Oversee safety programs and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Principal Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain warehouse operational infrastructure.
2. Price all new business within the facility.
3. Develop and maintain ISO-level operation guidelines and metrics.
4. Develop and monitor productivity standards.
5. Design efficient, cost-effective operations layouts.
6. Establish and maintain daily operating schedules.
7. Coordinate daily cycle counts.
8. Manage P&L responsibilities for the operation.
9. Develop and maintain an internal training center.
10. Present facility operations to prospective customers.
11. Ensure a safe working environment and proper PPE use.
12. Provide customer service to resolve errors.
13. Manage staff recruitment, training, performance, and job assignments.

Working Environment: Work on diverse problems requiring judgment within policies. Interact with various management levels and external clients. Make decisions impacting schedules and operations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5-10 years of supervisory or management experience. Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
