Job Title: bank Teller
Location: Columbus, OH 43219
Duration: 12-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: $19 to $19.42/hr. on W2
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Account updates and maintenance
- Process payments, check and Fed wire disbursements
- Investigate issues and resolve client concerns
- Collaborate across teams and cross-train in multiple functions
- Meet production and quality standards
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or operations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
