Location: 4900 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144-2302About The Job (Job Brief) The purpose of this position is to support the Key Private Bank (KPB) Strategy & Implementation Team. The role involves maintaining definitions, descriptions, hierarchies, and quality of customer-level data elements, as well as providing data analytics and insights to help manage and grow the business. The individual will demonstrate high attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and deep business acumen. They will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy of KPB customer data and will act as a leader for data integrity across various business units, including Data Management & Governance, Client Insights, and Banking Administration. Responsibilities also include managing KPB data and CRM systems and supporting all data reporting needs.Essential Job Functions Obtain a deep understanding of Line of Business (LOB) clients and systems that capture/report data.Manage and maintain day-to-day data needs of KPB's CRM system (Salesforce).Interact with and train field professionals on data entry and best practices related to Salesforce.Support planning and analysis of complex business data usage problems, anticipating and solving data capturing issues.Oversee all data reporting needs for the LOB, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.Oversee Data Steward activities daily and escalate data issues as necessary.Effectively communicate and present solutions to senior leadership.Identify and raise issues promptly.Engage with business partners to organize and analyze data, trends, and issues.Collaborate with Sales Leaders to support field data needs related to prospecting, lead lists, and other areas.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of data analytics experience.Experience with various data management systems.Strong organization, time management, analytical, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across business lines and resolve issues promptly.Competencies/Skills Demonstration of Key's leadership competencies, including:Client Focus: Dedication to meeting customer expectations, using customer feedback for improvements, and building trust.Informing: Providing timely and accurate information to enable effective decision-making.Interpersonal Savvy: Building rapport and relationships, using diplomacy and tact, and managing high-tension situations.Organizing: Effectively marshaling resources and managing multiple activities to achieve goals.Written Communications: Clear and concise writing tailored to various communication settings.Training Required On-the-job training as needed.Job posting expires on 06/01/2025.KeyCorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to an inclusive culture.
