We are in search of a driven, strategic sales professional to serve as Membership & Inside Sales Manager. Membership and Inside Sales Manager is a managerial role responsible for overseeing a dual-function team that includes Library and Membership Services, and Inside Sales Representatives. This role is designed to drive revenue growth through both membership acquisition/retention and applied R&D sales opportunity creation. The manager will develop and execute growth strategies, implement process improvements, and coordinate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure superior client engagement and exceptional service delivery.
