Perform full cycle recruiting to support staffing all levels of our growing warehouse operation, from entry-level roles to technical, high-level roles. Recruit quality active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media and networking relationships. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties and required qualifications and skills to prepare a recruitment plan. Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements. Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities and other organizations to find talent. Serve as backup on other HR duties including, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, etc. Minimum Requirements. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field . years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience . year of HR Generalist experience preferred.
