FP&A is a passionate, dynamic and bold team that provides management with the financial analysis they need to consider economic and business decisions, and supports management reporting and forecasting processes in Kyivstar.

The role implies:

1. Lead the budgeting process for technology and IT: challenge technical budget requests for consistency and reasonability based on driver analysis, preparing presentation materials for HQ as well as presenting them.
2. Lead the budget control process for TD and IT functions: preparing requirements for process automatization.
3. Lead Investment Committee materials preparation.
4. Provide support for Technical and IT functions on finance related issues. Managing cross-functional relations to achieve company's goals.
5. Development and performance analysis of investment projects. Supervising projects calculations, estimate project relevance to company's strategy.
6. Leading the team of 5+.

Our dream applicant:

1. Master's degree in finance.
2. 5+ years' experience and deep knowledge in financial and investment analysis, financial models, business plans and other investment documents.
3. Practical experience in preparing presentation materials for company's management and HQ.
4. 3+ years' experience in team management (5+ members).
5. Experienced in negotiations with clients, financial institutions, internal users and HQ representatives.
6. Extensive practical experience of preparing budgets, presentations for customers and financial institutions as well as for company's management.
