$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Role Overview

The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting and exceeding booking goals, increasing market share, and managing client relationships to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass group booking targets
• Develop strategic plans for revenue growth
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Oversee sales and events departments
• Coordinate with revenue teams for pricing and pipeline management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
• Experience in hospitality or related industries, supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Physical & Language Requirements

Must be able to stand for long periods, operate office equipment, and communicate effectively in English.
