ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF A MAC PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

Document Preparation and Processing

• Prepare time-sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy and completeness.
• Process project documents, including subcontracts, purchase orders, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

Accounting and Financial Assistance

• Assist with accounting-related functions for assigned projects.

Project Team Support

• Assist project teams with any field-related needs/items.

Compliance and Regulatory Assistance

• Assist with compliance requirements for assigned projects.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS OF A MAC PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial construction or a related field.
• Proficiency in construction project management software such as Procore or equivalent, Planswift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Familiarity with Smartsheet or Microsoft Project is also beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support project teams and colleagues are critical for success in this role.
• Adhere strictly to the MAC Drug-Free Workplace Policy and pass all required drug screens.
• Travel as needed.
• This role is not eligible for regular remote work.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary is 50-65k, the offer will depend on experience and other relevant factors. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
