JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant will provide value-added administrative support for the CAT Rental Store Leadership Team, enabling continued revenue and profitability growth, building an exceptional customer experience, and developing a high level of employee satisfaction.
COMPETENCIES:
A qualified candidate must be highly motivated and eager to learn, have strong organizational skills, and have dynamic communication abilities. An Analytical, fact-based approach to problem-solving will be crucial for achieving success. The commitment to understanding complex internal and external relationships and the ability to navigate through a variety of technologies for a quick resolution.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Five years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency and ability to act independently during the completion of tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Rental experience is helpful, but not required.
