β’ Investigate, diagnose, resolve and recover hardware/software issues π₯οΈπ οΈ
β’ Install, modify, run diagnostic programs, and repair computer hardware/peripherals and software π§°πΎ
β’ Handle incoming phone calls regarding customer service inquiries π
β’ Respond with accuracy and efficiency while meeting performance metrics π
β’ Troubleshoot and resolve concerns while ensuring a positive experience πββοΈβ
