The Equipment Laborer (Resident's Pad Specialists) primary responsibility is to provide residents with accurate information and guidance on waste disposal at the Landfill Resident's Pad Location, and to ensure a welcoming environment while they use our facility.Responsibilities:* Direct customers on where and how to dispose of their waste at the SWACO Residents Pad* Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering guidance on waste disposal procedures.* Actively listen to customer feedback, promptly address concerns, and maintain a clean and organized Residents' Pad.* Ensure all waste is properly disposed of and unauthorized waste is identified and reported.Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent.* Excellent communication and customer service skills.* Ability to learn and adhere to waste disposal regulations and procedures.* Willingness to undergo training and develop a deep understanding of SWACO's operations.* Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with residents.* Attention to detail and commitment to consistently providing high-quality service.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
