Our client is now hiring Fulfillment Associates - Forklift Experience Required
Join a fast-growing e-commerce leader in HVAC and electrical supply distribution! We're hiring motivated Fulfillment Associates to join our client's warehouse team in Columbus, OH, with pay up to $22/hr.
Forklift experience is required.
These are temp-to-hire positions - convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work!

About the Role:
As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse under the supervision of the Pick/Pack Team Lead. You'll perform key duties such as picking, packing, shipping, and forklift operation to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
Pay Rate: Up to $22/hr, based on experience
Available Shift Times:
- Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, package, label, and ship customer orders accurately
- Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners
- Stack and load boxes onto pallets for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Communicate order issues with team leads
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Key Requirements:
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Regularly lift up to 60 lbs; occasionally more
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift and powered equipment experience strongly preferred
- High attention to detail and urgency
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
