Responsibilities 1. Lead, mentor and motivate a team of machine operators to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment .. Oversee daily injection molding and filter production activities to ensure efficient execution of production schedules and achievement of output goals .. Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving minor injection molding operational issues as they arise .. Ensure all production activities comply with established procedures, quality control standards and safety regulations .. Assist with hands-on production tasks as needed to maintain workflow and meet deadlines .. Coordinate with other departments (i.e. Quality, Maintenance, Inventory Control) to resolve production-related issues .. Identify and report quality defects ..
