Job Description:

The Warehouse Coordinator provides high-level administrative and analytical support to the warehouse and operations team. This role blends traditional administrative responsibilities with data-driven support to help streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of interpreting data to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily administrative functions, including scheduling, documentation, and communication support
  • Generate and analyze operational reports using WMS, MES, and Excel to track inventory, shipments, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate flow of information and resolve issues in real time
  • Maintain organized records for audits, compliance, and reporting purposes
  • Identify data discrepancies and assist with data cleaning and validation processes
  • Support process improvements by providing insight from warehouse data and recommending actions
  • Assist with onboarding and training documentation for new warehouse team members
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with WMS, MES, or ERP systems preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
