The YMCA of Central Ohio is hiring an Area Child Care Director to support and strengthen our school-age child care programs in the Pickerington Local School District. This is more than a jobits a chance to lead with heart, support working families, and ensure every child has a safe, supportive place to grow before and after school. Youll guide a team of 2035 caring staff across multiple sites, championing program quality, team development, and compliance with ODJFS and SUTQ standards. Youll work hand-in-hand with school partners, families, and your team to create environments where kids feel seen, supported, and inspired every day.
