Join our team at the Eldon and Elise Ward Family YMCA as our Membership Director, where youll lead with purpose and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all. In this key leadership role, youll oversee membership operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure staff are trained to meet our high standards for customer service and relationship-building. Youll model best practices at the Welcome Desk, support innovative member engagement strategies, and promote the Ys mission throughout the community. Working closely with the Executive Director, youll also assist with daily operations, volunteer coordination, and branch communications. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a passion for community engagement, and a proven ability to lead diverse teams.
