Position Summary
The Licensed Massage Therapist delivers a wide range of massage therapy services designed to complement fitness programs, enhance overall well-being, and enrich our guests' experience. This role embodies the mission, vision, and core values of LifeSpa and Salon, fostering strong relationships with various departments while advocating for the benefits of massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in a warm and professional manner.
• Provide personalized massage therapy services tailored to clients' unique needs and expectations.
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their experience.
• Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon's products, services, and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the LifeSpa and Salon environment.
• Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and recommend effective maintenance regimens.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services to encourage repeat visits.
• Stay updated on industry certifications and emerging trends in massage therapy.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Massage Therapy License.
• Competence in performing various massage therapies.
• Aptitude for basic calculations (discounts, commissions, etc.).
• Basic computer skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional massage therapy experience.
• Knowledge of body treatments.
• Familiarity with Salon Biz software.
