Position Title: Senior Project Coordinator

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience sitting in an IT environment

Must have experience tracking projects within a tool (ServiceNow highly preferred)

Familiarity with network terms and technologies

Experience facilitating meetings & reporting on updates

Experience documenting different processes and procedures

Experience acting as the main Point of Contact for multiple teams

Experience in a customer facing role and interacting with all levels of an organization

Must be extremely detail-oriented and have the ability to multitask

Ability to hit the ground running once processes are explained

Desired Skills:

Networking/Telecom project coordination OR Networking background

Basic understanding of Fiber terminology

Prior experience in Telecom or with an ISP

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate Coordinator to join a Managed Network Service Provider headquartered, in Columbus, Ohio. The selected individual will facilitate client meetings, keep track of client installs, document meetings, give status reports on project timelines, etc. Ideal candidates will have a background in networking and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams while staying patient.
