Structural Engineer - Steel Construction Company - Base Salary to 110 k/year - Columbus, OH - Our client is a regionally established GC that has been in business for over 100 years. They have vast experience in the heavy and light industrial, commercial, healthcare, and institutional markets. Along with their in-house design department, they self-perform concrete, masonry, steel erection, general carpentry, and sheet metal roofing and siding trades. They are looking for a Structural Engineer to sit out of Dayton, Sidney, or Columbus. This position will report to, and work side by side with their Managing Architect and their President, who is also a Professional Engineer. Functioning as a small to medium design department with internal architectural and civil design staff, the Structural Engineer will work with current designers to design a variety of projects from preliminary design and pricing sketches through construction documents.
