#x 9; Examines and test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning Disassembles broken or defective equipment to facilitate repair and reassemble equipment when repairs are complete Supports changeovers and equipment set-up. Resolves and supports machine issues involving sealing, perforations, conveyance jamming, and alarms Evaluate processes with the aim of continuous improvement via improved efficiencies, equipment improvements, and/or modifications to control processes. Performs statistical analysis on inspection and machine data for recommendations for product and/or process parameters changes, and/or sampling, controls, or process improvements.
