Selectek is hiring for a Senior Environmental Consultant in the Dublin, OH area.Summary:Candidates must have experience managing complex environmental assessment and remediation projects under various regulatory programs including Superfund, RCRA, TSCA, and state regulatory programs. This candidate should have a strong business development acumen, including the ability to identify proposal opportunities and lead development of winning proposals. This candidate should have a solid reputation for technical leadership as demonstrated through external visibility efforts (publications, presentations); and the ability to maintain/build key client relationships.Responsibilities:Lead environmental technical teams to deliver high quality work on Environmental Assessment and Remediation projects with an emphasis on the Great Lakes AreaCoordinate with Client Development Leaders and Key and Focus Account Leads to support and execute proposal and project opportunitiesCollaborate with Environmental Assessment and Remediation National Practice Leader along with the Environmental Assessment and Remediation Area Practice Leaders to support wide proposal opportunitiesSupport Environmental Assessment and Remediation National Practice Leader to adopt and implement innovative site assessment practices and remediation technologiesPrepare proposals and manage technical projects, including RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA and/or Ohio EPA VAP programs, with the goal of producing high-level technical quality deliverables, maintaining client satisfaction, and maximizing project profitabilityPossess detailed knowledge of regulations in the area of practiceMotivate and encourage others and help the team achieve successCollaborate across multiple disciplines and with clients to articulate and achieve project goalsRequired:Minimum four-year (accredited) college degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or other related technical discipline15+ years of experience in environmental consultingLicensure as a Professional Engineer (PE)and/or Professional Geologist (PG) or other similar licensure with the ability to get reciprocal licenses within Great Lakes geographyThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detailMust be able to pass a background checkCustomer culture/inside information:Flexible Work EnvironmentPaid Parental LeaveMedical, Dental, VisionLife and AD&D InsuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off + HolidaysJob order details:This is a seller-doer position. 40% is overseeing projects, technical expertise.60% is Client Development, Writing proposals, New business dev.Sponsorship: NoSalary Range: $120,000 - $155,000annual salaryTerm of assignment: Direct HireLocation of job: Dublin, OH 43016Hours and shift: Monday - Friday (7AM-4PM) OR (8AM-5PM); can be flexibleWork from home: Hybrid (after they have gotten settled in)Working remote: NoOvertime expected: NoTravel: occasional to job sitesWork attire: Business CasualDoes the client require a background check and drug test?
