We are seeking a Divisional Commercial Manager to lead the growth and execution of our Mainstreet Commercial brands-Philadelphia Commercial and Queen Commercial-within the Residential Division. Reporting to the Divisional Vice President of Retail Sales, this role is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, and fostering strong customer relationships across key commercial segments. Operating under a servant leadership model, the ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the commercial flooring industry, a passion for team development, and a proven ability to execute corporate initiatives in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
This position covers the Midwest market and is remote-based, with a preference for candidates located in Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, or Michigan.
Responsibilities:
Accountable for Divisional Commercial net sales growth, contribution dollar growth and sample expense.
Execution of the Corporate and Divisional contract initiatives.
Development of Mainstreet Commercial's targeted market segments - Property Management, Schools, Assisted Living and Government (GSA)
Develop deep understanding of Philadelphia Commercial/Queen Commercial's multiple customer types including Dealer, End Use, and A&D.
In conjunction with the DVP, lead sales training related to Philadelphia Commercial/Queen Commercial brand strategy, products, and programs.
Develop and implement promotional programs to exceed the Divisional Mainstreet Commercial Green Book goals and initiatives
Continuously build and develop relationships with key commercial customers, end users and A&D firms.
Perform other duties as assigned by the DVP

Must have the ability to develop and implement alternate solutions.
Perform required duties with a minimum of expenses.
Attend and actively participate in meetings as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 3 years of carpet industry sales experience, or a relevant combination of experience and education, required.
Travel overnight 2-3 nights per week.
Must be self-motivated and possess good organizational skills.
