Western Alliance Bank is seeking a passionate, highly responsible and knowledgeable Production Support Engineer to support innovative, industry leading solutions. We want a creative, highly motivated Support Engineer who can take initiative, have good sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast paced, agile environment. This position is ONSITE ONLY and you must live in or within a commutable distance from Phoenix, AZ, Columbus, OH, or Irving, TX. Works both independently and as part of a cohesive team to support innovative software solutions (custom and onsite vendor solutions). Responsible for maintaining the stability, performance, and security of production and non-production environments within the Azure cloud. Respond to and resolve incidents, outages, and performance issues in production environments.
