Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices. Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress. Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles at various levels of maturity Continuously improve the team's agile processes and practices. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Work closely with team members and management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Track and report on team progress and performance metrics. This role will have a Hybrid work schedule, with the expectation of working in an office (Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, Hartford, CT or Charlotte, NC) 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
