Job Title: Power BI Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop BI Reports: Hands-on development of comprehensive and visually appealing Power BI reports.
• Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate an offshore development team, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights.
• Project Management: Oversee BI projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize Power BI reports for performance and efficiency.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Leadership: Proven experience managing offshore teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Locality: Must be local to Columbus, OH, or willing to commute to the NiSource office downtown 2-3 days a week.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
