The Mettler Toledo Shipping / Assembly Associate completes shipment transactions, maintains stock control, pulls product and parts for specific customer orders, configures products using various hand assembly techniques, packages the product, and loads / unloads freight. Enhance facility performance through proactive actions relating to: Complete accurate shipping transactions and quality product assembly utilizing production supporting documentation; including but not limited to production orders, standard work, blue prints and other documents related to the shipping and assembly of products. Accurately enter data into the MRP (e.g. SAP) system and ensure that the bill of lading and shipped orders are routed appropriately. Understand and strictly adhere to all hazardous material shipping guidelines. Maintain accurate written records such as production orders, test sheets, shipping documentation, pack lists, and Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) sheets.
